Phee Machu

Phee is the Office Manager and assistant to the principals, coordinating all inbound project leads, proposals, project billing, and managing our busy design center office. Phee brings a wealth of organizational prowess and operational finesse to the IDS team since her arrival in 2024.  Phee brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to landscape architecture, supporting design teams while strengthening the operational and strategic foundation behind their work. She’s motivated by creating environments—and teams—that function beautifully over time. 

A California native who planted roots in the vibrant Bay Area in 2018, she honed her academic pursuits in Art History and Global Studies at the esteemed University of California, Irvine. Phee is fluent is French. 

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She loves traveling and visiting the trails of Marin.
